So I decided to start this blog so that people can follow my mom's journey. I will try to give updates as possible. In doing so, I ask that you try to limit calls as you can.
This all started with headaches that we thought were migraines that got worse, and so my mom went to the doctor, which they thought were sinus headaches. Then, when they were not improving they went to the Kaiser after hours care and they sent her to the ER. Eventually, they came home with a brain tumor. The ER docs said she would be ok with no surgery. However, the next day there was no improvement and so we went to St. Joseph's in Denver. The doc said we needed surgery. On Thursday, she went in an had the tumor removed, and later that night had a blood clot removed. So now we are waiting on the recovery and to see what type of tumor it was. Its a wait and see game for the next three days especially, not to mention the next weeks and months ahead. Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts, and I will keep you updated as I can.

Thanks Colleen for keeping us updated. All day as we passed each other in the halls at school we would ask, "Have you heard any news about June?" Please tell her that she has a prayer chain going that spans not just the United States, but the world. She is treasured by a multitude!
